北京时间6月20日，WTA500柏林站第二轮，阿尼西莫娃在决胜盘0-3落后的情况下连赢六局，最终以6-2、4-6、6-3淘汰弗莱彻，锁定最后一个八强席位。
开场阿尼西莫娃进入状态较快，首盘取得两次破发，6-2先胜。
第二盘，弗莱彻在盘末实现关键破发，6-4扳回一城。
决胜盘，弗莱彻取得3-0领先，随后阿尼西莫娃连胜六局送出“隐形蛋”，6-3再胜，大比分2-1战胜对手。
接下来，阿尼西莫娃将和萨姆索诺娃争夺四强门票。
